Bill spent many years in the Healthcare industry and most recently in the Technology industry. Bill is experienced in both the public- and private-sector, for-profit and not-for-profit, SMB to Fortune 100. Bill has special expertise in, full-cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates, pre-employment testing and assessment, building HR business partnerships, workforce planning, business planning, onboarding, new hire orientation, employer branding, retention, and performance measurement. Before joining JTSA in 2009, Bill was associated with several Fortune 500 companies including Ingram Micro, a Fortune 100 company and the world’s largest technology distribution, company as well as PacifiCare, a Fortune 500 company now owned by United Healthcare.
Education/Certification Bill’s educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology from Cal State San Marcos and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern California. Bill has also completed an Executive Management training program through the University of Southern California Center of Excellence. Bill has also completed Six Sigma Training at Ingram Micro. Speaker Bill has also been an active speaker in the community as well as professionally. He has been a keynote speaker at local colleges and universities, including Fullerton College, California State University-Fullerton and the University of California-Irvine. In addition, Bill is frequently asked to speak at local high schools and state-run organizations such as the Employer Development Department (EDD).
